Gratitude

How about starting the day with GRATITUDE!  Let's count our blessings.  Join me for 5 minutes, breathe in and breathe out...find a quiet place, quiet your mind...

...and only think about the wonderful things we have in our lives, and are grateful for them.  The people, our pets, our loved ones, our friends, our family both by birth and by choice, everyone in our lives - let's be thankful for them.  

Breathe in ... 1 2 3 4 5 ... breathe out.  Repeat and repeat.

Our good health, our less than perfect health, our wisdom, our ability to learn, and all our experiences, let's be grateful.  

Breathe in ... 1 2 3 4 5 ... breathe out.  Repeat and repeat.

Even those challenges that may take us outside our comfort zone, it's good to have them too.  :-)

Let's be grateful for yesterday.  Think of one thing that made you smile, and be grateful for that.
